Q: Where do I find my student email?
A: You will find your student email on the Canadore Self Service website under Personal Information -> View Email Addresses
Q: I forgot my password for Hector.
A: If you've forgotten your Outlook/Hector password, email the IT Department at service.desk@canadorecollege.ca
Q: I forgot my password for Facilis.
A: If you've forgotten your password for Facilis, you will need to have a Technologist reset it for you. Please contact the Media Hub staff, or the Technologist for your program.
Q: When can I use the Mac Labs to work on my assignments?
A: Mac Labs are available for students use whenever they are not being used for scheduled classes. The college is open from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. If you need uninterrupted access, you may book an edit suite to avoid having to leave when a class begins.
If you will be staying late, you will need to inform security of your presence & departure.
