Q: Where do I find my student email? 
A: You will find your student email on the Canadore Self Service website under Personal Information -> View Email Addresses
Q: I forgot my password for Hector.
A: If you've forgotten your Outlook/Hector password, email the IT Department at servicedesk@canadorecollege.ca
Q: I forgot my password for Facilis.
A: If you've forgotten your password for Facilis, you will need to have a Technologist reset it for you. Please contact the Media Hub staff, or the Technologist for your program.

How to log in:​
 

  1. Launch Facilis

  2. Click "Servers"

  3. Select “hub32"

  4. Click “Add Identity” 

  5. From there you can access your volumes / mount as needed. 
     

 

When you’re finished, please be sure to sign out using these steps. This is also shown in the video: 
 

  1. Unmount your drive(s)

  2. Click “Servers"

  3. Select your username under “Server Identities” 

  4. Click “Remove Identity"

  5. Click “Logout” in the popup menu.
